UFC 304 takes place on Saturday in Manchester, England and the fight card is topped by three British fighters.  In the main event, Birmingham’s Leon Edwards puts his welterweight title on the line against second-ranked Belal Muhammad in a rematch.

The two first fought in March 2021, but the bout ended in a No Contest after an accidental eye poke rendered Muhammad unable to continue.  On Saturday, they’ll finish what they started at Co-op Live.

In the co-main event, Salford’s Tom Aspinall defends his interim heavyweight championship belt against fourth-ranked Curtis Blaydes also in a rematch.  Their first meeting in July 2022 ended in just 15 seconds.  Aspinall suffered a knee injury the ended the fight.  He’ll look to erase that loss on Saturday.

UFC 304 also features a lightweight match between Liverpool’s Paddy Pimblett and King Green, formerly known as Bobby Green.  Green is ranked 15th in the division and is a step up in competition for Pimblett, but a win will put “The Baddy” in the rankings.

Former two-time middleweight titleholder Israel Adesanya gave his predictions for the three fights at the top of the UFC 304 fight card and believes one of the Englishmen will suffer a loss.  “The Last Stylebender” predicted that all three fights will end in finishes.

Leon Edwards vs. Belal Muhammad 2 Prediction

“Belal’s got pressure. It just seems like he’s able to get to people and put his will on them,” Adesanya said on his YouTube channel.  “I’ll tell you one thing, this is different.  Leon just seems like he’s a f***ing massacre right now.  He’s on a run.”

“Leon might finish him.  I think Leon finishes this fight,” Adesanya continued.  “This seems like a bad match for Belal.  I’m not hating on Belal or anything… It’s Leon’s fight to win.  It’s Leon’s fight to lose because even when they were fighting the first time, before the eye poke, Leon was touching him up.  Leon by knockout in the third round, second, or third round.”

Tom Aspinall vs. Curtis Blaydes 2 Prediction

“It’s actually really cool how co-main and main event, both of them have fought before and both of them ended in like controversy.  Now both English guys are champions.  Crazy,” said Adesanya.  “I think Tom is on a different level at the moment.”

“If Tom’s going to fight him, he has to fight him at the end of his range.  Tom can blitz, man.  Tom can blitz, and I think he is faster than Blaydes,” Adesanya continued.  “I’m going to go Tom in this fight.  I think Tom is just a weapon right now… I’m going to go Tom by finish in this fight.  But look, if Tom’s not careful, Blaydes can catch him.”

King Green vs. Paddy Pimblett Prediction

“Paddy, this is a big step up for him against a veteran,” Adesanya said.  “For Paddy to get this done, because I’m thinking Bobby is going to finish him, but for Paddy to get this done, get close to him and grapple, get on his back because that’s how you can get him.”

“But I’m going to go Bobby in this fight.  I just think it’s too much sauce,” Adesanya added.  “I just think it’s going to be a finish for Bobby in this one.  Just too much, and eventually he’s going to cave Paddy.  Paddy’s just going to wilt.”

Adesanya will have the opportunity to become a three-time UFC middleweight champion when the takes on titleholder Dricus Du Plessis in the UFC 305 main event on Aug. 17 in Perth, Australia.

Alex Pereira and Jake Paul could meet in the boxing ring under Dana White’s wishes, claims Henry Cejudo.

Jake has been terrorizing the sport of mixed martial arts since his rise to fame inside the boxing ring. He has fought and beaten five former UFC athletes, with two of those being former champions in the promotion.

Following his recent win over Mike Perry, Jake Paul announced his new target. The 27-year-old wants to test himself against the UFC light heavyweight king Alex Pereira, despite the Brazilian’s devastating knockout power.

Dana White has been clear on not allowing his fighters compete in boxing, but that may be different now. According to former two-division UFC champion Henry Cejudo, Dana might see the positives in allowing ‘Poatan’ to take the fight.

“Pereira would hurt him, like you see Pereira going up against heavyweights,” Cejudo said during a recent episode of his Pound4Pound Podcast. “If Dana White will give a guy like Alex Pereira the bag to freaking pretty much wipe him out say, ‘Hey man, go out there and hurt him.'”

“But that’s an equal lot of pay-per-view points for a guy like Jake Paul… I think I can see Dana White allowing Alex Pereira to take out the dirty work…”

“Will the fight with Alex Pereira happen? Dana White just has to say yes and, you know, we will no longer see Jake Paul, Jake ‘The Snake’ Paul, on our social media platforms.”

Check out Henry Cejudo and Kamaru Usman’s thoughts on the fight below.

While the fight could be a possibility in the future, it seems the two have their sights set on different opponents at this time.

Jake Paul is still hoping to reschedule his fight against Mike Tyson for later this year, while Alex Pereira has a title to defend.

Though his next opponent or fight date is yet to be revealed, Magomed Ankalaev likely has the strongest case at the next shot at the South American

Tom Aspinall has rightfully earned the tag of being one of the nicest, most genuine fighters in the UFC. Despite his seemingly positive attitude, it hasn’t stopped him from ignoring Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg for months.

Zuckerberg is a huge fan of mixed martial arts and can occasionally attend UFC events in his spare time. Not only is the 40-year-old an avid viewer, but he is also a practitioner. Since beginning his training in 2022, thr billionaire has managed to gain his blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

With all of the global recognition Mark Zuckerberg has, he can still fall victim to being ignored. Tom Aspinall revealed in a recent interview that he didn’t respond to Zuckerberg’s message on Facebook for months, though it was accidental.

“He did [try to contact me],” Aspinall claimed during an appearance on the MCRFinest YouTube channel. “I didn’t see it.”

“Well, [the message] doesn’t come straight to your DM’s does it. You know, when someone you’re not friends with.”

Aspinall later detailed when he finally saw the message and described Zuckerberg’s reaction.

“When we actually realised that he’d messaged me, I was quite mortified. I was like, ‘Oh my god.'”

“We were at Meta and I tried to message him to say that I was there and he’d messaged me. Yeah, he’d already messaged me and [I’d] not seen it. [I didn’t see it for] a couple of months. A few months.”

“No, he didnt [have a problem with it]. He replied straight back actually. He was really nice, very nice about it.”
