Prefight: I’m going to level with you: this has not been a good night of fights so far. Six fights down, six decisions, and not a lot of good action. Thus far the most interesting thing that’s happened is Antonio Brown randomly showing up to walk Le’Veon Bell to the ring.

But now we’re to the main event. Will it be good? Questionable. PVZ hasn’t won a fight in five years and Elle Brooke is not amazing. But PVZ is a scrapper so at least there’s a high likelihood of something fun, if nothing else.

Walkouts: PVZ walks out to something latin and cool. She’s singing and looks in good spirits, rocking black shorts and a black top. She also has a huge back tattoo that I don’t remember seeing before.

Brooke is in blue and red shorts with a white top as she dances her way to the ring. Notably, I don’t see her middleweight title. It’s almost go time.

The announcer goes to work. James Green is the referee. The two women meet for a final face off and they do touch gloves. Let’s get to it.

Round 1: Both women are out in orthodox and Brooke takes the center to start. PVZ bouncing around the outside. Brooke lands a jab and PVZ returns with a combination of hooks. And that happens again. And again. PVZ is throwing in bunches and Brooke is sticking the jab.

Brooke sticks the jab again but lands a hook at the end of PVZ’s combo. They’re getting in thre and exchanging. Brooke snaps PVZ’s head with another hook but she eats it well. PVZ stays on her but she doesn’t seem to have enough pop to hurt Brooke, at least thus far.

OH! Right hook drops PVZ! They’re exchanging inside and Brooke found a short shot in the middle that landed clean. PVZ beats the count and Brooke jumps on her but it’s only two-minute rounds so PVZ makes it to the break.

MMA Fighting scores the round 10-8 Brooke.

Round 2: PVZ’s corner talks her through it during the break and she comes out with a different gameplan as she starts jabbing immediately. Brooke still throwing limited punches but she’s staying tight inside.

PVZ sits on a combo but she lacks power in there. Brooke trying to land the big right hand and OH! PVZ lands a thunderous combo that gets Brooke’s attention. Brooke clinching in there now, trying to recover as PVZ cracked her. PVZ pouring on volume and Brooke sitting on bigger shots but PVZ is taking those shots well now. This is turning into a fun little brawl.

MMA Fighting scores the round 10-9 VanZant, 19-18 Brooke overall.

Round 3: PVZ is the one on the lead now. She’s coming forward and bringing the pressure to Brooke. Brooke throwing single jabs and then big right power shots to back her off. PVZ is slipping those more though and she’s working in combination, behind a lead jab. Brooke tags the body and Brooke may be slowing down a bit. PVZ is not.

Brooke is showing some actual craft inside but PVZ is simply out-scrapping her. Brooke throwing the bigger shots but PVZ walking through it all now. But Brooke lands a monster right and another just before the bell. PVZ ate them well, but that might’ve stolen the round.

MMA Fighting scores the round 10-9 Brooke, 29-27 Brooke overall.

Round 4: PVZ keeps coming forward behind her jab now, doubled and tripled up. Brooke retreating and jabbing, looking for power counters. PVZ is giving her the chance as she leaves herself open during these exchanges. PVZ doesn’t seem to care anymore though. She’s pouring on the pressure, and let the chips fall where they may.

Brooke lands another right hand but it’s one versus 20 and Brooke’s nose is bleeding. PVZ lands a good uppercut and Brooke starting to clinch for safety. PVZ keeps the volume going right to the end of the round.

MMA Fighting scores the round 10-9 VanZant, 38-37 Brooke overall.

Round 5: Final round and VanZant needs to win it to salvage a draw. She comes out pumping the jab and lands a huge left! Brooke’s head snaps back but she bites down and returns.

Brooke now trying to take the lead and both women are upping the output. PVZ’s hands are in constant motion but Brooke lands a right hand. Brooke trying to slip inside but she’s slowing a bit. PVZ lands a nice uppercut and Brooke clinches. Brooke really selling out for the right hand with 30 seconds left as PVZ keeps marching onward. Both women exchange big shots and we get to a clinch. PVZ hammers to the body inside as the round and the fight ends.

MMA Fighting scores the round 10-9 VanZant, 47-47 overall for a draw.

Paige VanZant got the shock of a lifetime after she suffered a stunning knockdown in the first round of her fight against Elle Brooke in the main event at Misfits Boxing 15.

Despite coming into the fight as the overwhelming favorite, VanZant ate a huge right hand that sat her down on the canvas. VanZant eventually recovered and managed to storm back in the later rounds, especially with Brooke running on fumes.

Still, the adult entertainer turned boxer stayed in the fight from the first minute until the last with the judges ultimately scoring the fight as a split draw. One judge gave the fight 48-46 to Brooke, a second judge went 48-46 for VanZant and the third official had it 47-47.

In the end, Brooke retains her Misfits middleweight title with VanZant already expecting a rematch in the near future.

“Honestly I said it would be a tough fight the whole camp,” VanZant said after her boxing debut. “I knew how tough she was. I took the fight for a reason. I was excited. I watched her past fights. I knew it’d be tough. It is what it is. It sets up the perfect rematch.

“I signed a multi-fight contract for a reason. It looks like we’re going to do it one more time, I think in Dubai it sounds like.”

As for Brooke, she may have walked into the fight as the incumbent champion but with all her past experience coming against social influencers and reality TV stars, she was a heavy underdog against a UFC and BKFC veteran like VanZant. She didn’t let any of that affect her in the fight as Brooke ended up scoring the only knockdown before going to a split draw with VanZant.

“It’s one of those things where you have to rewatch it,” Brooke said about the decision. “Because in there, you’re getting hit but you’re also hitting. I don’t think I’m experienced enough to think yeah, I’m 100 percent winning this but with the knockdown, I could see me winning it but I have to watch it back. I was just saying to Paige we get a big money rematch! This is perfect!”

As the professional fighter, VanZant showed a lot more discipline early with a lead jab and combinations as she looked to overwhelm her less experienced opponent. The momentum shifted in a hurry after Brooke uncorked a huge right hand that blasted VanZant in the chin and put her down on the canvas.

VanZant got back to her feet to make the 10 count but clearly she was rattled from the unexpected knockdown.

As the second round got started, VanZant knew she had to make a comeback and that’s exactly what she delivered with a huge shot that snapped Brooke’s head around. Brooke ended up grabbing onto VanZant in the clinch to slow down the pace and give herself a moment or two to recover.

With her corner insisting that Brooke was losing steam, VanZant really started to unleash power punches in every combination. She was leading with a left jab and then a big right hand behind it as Brooke struggled to keep up in those exchanges.

Just before the third round ended, Brooke showed that she still had some pop behind her punches as she cracked VanZant with a pair of right hands to keep the former UFC fighter honest.

VanZant’s volume continued to serve as her best offense but she still had to be wary because every time she got a little too aggressive, Brooke fired back with a hard shot of her own. A slick inside uppercut from VanZant mashed Brooke in the nose as blood started to dribble down her face.

With two minutes remaining, VanZant’s corner urged to leave it all in the ring and Brooke was really starting to slow down. The fighters continued trading blows, punch for punch until the final bell rang.

While the result almost certainly leads to a rematch, VanZant has to walk away somewhat disappointed as the professional fighter going to a draw with an influencer even if this was her professional boxing debut. VanZant has promised that she expects to return for another bare-knuckle fight in the future as well but now it looks like she’ll stay focused on boxing until she clashes with Brooke again later this year.

Elijah “YuddyGangTV” Smith vs. Ree “Lil Cracra” Moo

Round 1: Yuddy in red, CraCra (pronounced “cray-cray”) in white. Nice right hands by both men. Yuddy tries pumping out the jab, but CraCra evades well. CraCra gets in a left. He’s coming after Yuddy well. Pouring on the pressure. Yuddy is getting hit often here. He’s still standing, lands a nice uppercut that puts a slight hold on the offense coming his way. Yuddy to the body. Ref thought that was low, but that looked good to me. A right to the hip earns him a second warning, and that was well deserved. CraCra has looked a lot faster all round.

10-9 CraCra

Round 2: Yuddy looks a bit better now, landing body and head. CraCra cracks a left. Yuddy gets into a clinch and lands a few shots. CraCra is definitely slowing down a bit, or perhaps just taking the round off, but he’s now the one getting landed on more often. Rights by both men, then a clean left by CraCra. Nice jab as well.

10-9 YuddyGang

Round 3: Solid punches by both men here. Not fight ending power, but they’re mustering up some good snap. Slower round here, as both men look like they’re ensuring that they don’t gas out. CraCra flurrying at the bell. Close round.

10-9 CraCra

Round 4: Both men seem to be doing their best work in the clinch here, as they’re not really throwing much from range. CraCra with a nice jab. There’s a right-left a few seconds later. CraCra’s right hand lands clean again.

10-9 CraCra

Round 5: Yuddy with a nice series of jabs. Left by CraCra. A leaping left, too. Rights by both men. CraCra backs Yuddy into a corner and lands a few, but mostly onto the gloves is what it looked like. There’s a right by CraCra, Yuddy answers back with a left. Uppercut cracks in for Yuddy, and a hook connects for CraCra. Yuddy with a bit more volume at the end.

10-9 CraCra

Final result: Elijah “YuddyGangTV” Smith defeats Ree “Lil Cracra” Moo

By all accounts, Logan Paul is still learning the ropes as a professional wrestler but he always seems to pull off some jaw-dropping move every time he performs.

His latest daredevil spot came on Saturday during the WWE King and Queen of the Ring event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia as Paul took on Cody Rhodes for the WWE universal championship.

During the back-and-forth match, Paul eventually placed Rhodes on top of an announce table as he ascended to the top rope with a bottle of his Prime hydration drink in hand. After taking a swig and spitting it back into the air, Paul leapt off the top rope and earned some serious air time for his frog splash before he came crashing through Rhodes and the announce table.

The high-flying move earned more than a few gasps from the crowd in attendance but ultimately that still wasn’t enough for Paul to earn the victory.

Despite his best efforts — including use of some brass knuckles — Paul eventually got hit three times with Rhodes’ finisher — aptly named Cross Rhodes — to end the match.

While the match didn’t go his way, Paul still holds WWE’s United States championship, which wasn’t on the line during his main event with Rhodes on Saturday.

Ever since he signed with WWE and then inked a longer term deal to remain with the promotion, Paul has been praised for learning fast on the job and remaining one of the most talked about performers on the entire WWE roster.

This is actually the second time Paul has headlined one of the WWE’s shows in Saudi Arabia after he shared a similar position with Roman Reigns at a previous event.

Conor McGregor backed to fight for multiple titles if he doesn't get absolutely smoked in UFC 303 return

Slated to return at UFC 303 at the end of next month, Conor McGregor has been backed to chase “multiple” title belts off the back of his fight with rival, Michael Chandler – if he’s not “absolutely smoked” at the event, according to Hall of Fame star, Michael Bisping.

McGregor, a former undisputed lightweight and featherweight champion under the banner of the promotion, is slated to snap an-almost three-year hiatus from the sport later this summer against the above-mentioned, Chandler.

Fracturing his left tibia and fibula in the opening round of his 2021 trilogy rubber match with former interim titleholder, Dustin Poirier, Dublin striker, McGregor has vowed to find his shots early and often en route to a knockout win over Chandler next month.

And taking center stage at the beginning of next month in his native county, McGregor is set to return to the 3Arena for a massive press conference, facing off with Missouri veteran, Chandler – the same scene of his infamous 2015 presser against then-featherweight kingpin, Jose Aldo.

Conor McGregor backed to earn title shot with win at UFC 303

Receiving a stunning offer of a historic third title challenge at Madison Square Garden by incumbent welterweight champion, Leon Edwards should he topple Chandler at the end of next month, McGregor could challenge for gold both up and down divisions with a win at UFC 303, as per Bisping.

“They’re [the UFC] promoting this fight (Conor McGregor vs. Michael Chandler) big time,” Michael Bisping said on his YouTube channel. “And listen, you never know, maybe this could be the last time we ever see Conor McGregor fight inside the Octagon.”

“I’m not saying that because I’m telling you now, if Conor wins, he’s going to fight for a belt next and there’s multiple belts that he could fight for. 155lbs, 170lbs, and the ‘Baddest Motherf*cker’ title as well. So there’s a lot of opportunity if he looks good, if he wins the fight and he doesn’t get absolutely smoked.”

Do you think Conor McGregor can capture UFC gold again?
